TTO operates three main programs:
- • True Colors: OUT Youth Theater, the longest running queer youth theater program anywhere, for youth ages 14-29;
- • OUT’hood Series, which presents theatrical activities in local neighborhoods every month; and
- • OUT’hood Residencies, which support local, national and international artists in developing works relevant to local neighborhoods.
TTO is also contracted to house and staff the Pride Youth Theater Alliance, a growing network of 24 queer youth theater programs around North America.
