Job Description:

The Sol Price School of Public Policy has an immediate opening for a Development Officer III.

Reporting to the Associate Dean of Development and External Relations, the incumbent serves as an import role in the School's and the University's Campaign, and will be responsible for identifying, cultivating and managing a number of major gift campaign prospects.

Responsibilities include the cultivation and oversight of the School's primary fundraising support organization, the Athenian Society, providing staff leadership in its efforts to identify, cultivate and engage support for the School. The incumbent will provide staff support to the Society's volunteer Leadership Council, helping the Council map out and implement strategies to support the School over the course of the Campaign.

In collaboration with the School's development staff, the incumbent will also provide staff support to the School's Alumni Association Board and Parents' Council.

Event Management and alumni relations experience is important, as is the ability to synthesize, analyze and integrate donor data received from the University database and from other sources.
